Enjoy a stylish and central home in a former blacksmith workshop active until 1980 around the church in an authentic and quiet village. Discover the former "Isle de Bouin" reunited in the 19th century to the mainland, which has preserved its island origins Discover the ports of Bourgneuf Bay on foot or by bike, from the Port du Collet to the Port du Bec, breathe in the sea air. On the marsh side, let yourself be guided by the small roads and paths and travel the 14 km of dikes.

The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet cul-de-sac ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

My home is located close to the hiking trails going to Port des Brochets, Port de la Louippe and to the sea. Bouin is located by the sea on the road to Noirmoutier and Pornic
