Holiday rentals with a patio in Boulogne-Billancourt

We had a lovely stay here! Wonderful location, wonderful host , and very clean and spacious ! We would love to stay here again! We don’t have any complaints !

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Perfekt für zwei Personen. Die gegen ist ebenfalls sehr gut und auch sicher bei Nacht. Die U-Bahn Station ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat auch schnell geantwortet.

Ótima estadia. Ótimo custo benefício. Bem cuidado e bem aconchegante. Localização estratégica, fácil acesso ao centro por transporte público bem como ao aeroporto Orly. Recomendo.

Departamento pequeño y acogedor, muy bien arreglado. La terraza es un excelente lugar para disfrutar de un vino después de las largas caminatas por París. Eduardo contesta rápido y es muy amable. Muy recomendable!!!!

Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

Hermoso apartamento, muy disfrutable, luego de un día de caminatas y paseos es muy lindo descansar en el balcon rodeado de naturaleza en el complejo cerrado. Está cerca de la linea 13 de metro, en 15 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad. Hay un supermercado a menos de 50 metros. Clarisse es una anfitriona muy atenta y amigable. Muy recomendable.

Polecam! Pięknie miejsce, z cudownymi widokami. Okolica spokojna, łatwy dojazd do Paryża. Mieszkanie przestronne, duże, przytulne. Na pewno wrócimy!

We had a very pleasant stay at this place! Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay outside of paris but still pretty near to all the attractions.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

I cannot recommend this place enough! It was a stay in France that stood out! An exquisite place with a lovely garden in a quiet and sade neighbourhood, well connected with central Versailles. We were sad to go.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Logement parfait pour un moment de détente Équipement au top

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Le logement de Solveig et Julien est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme, verdoyant et fleuri, bien desservi en commerces et le tram est à proximité. Joli parc avec petit lac, jeux d'eau et aires de jeux d'enfants à une station de tram. Comptez entre 45 min à 1h de transport en commun pour rejoindre les monuments clés (Tour Eiffel, Louvres, Cité des Sciences...). Solveig et Julien sont des hôtes arrangeants et discrets.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Nossa estadia foi excelente! O apartamento tinha tudo e mais um pouco, super completo e confortável. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa desde o início, e super amável — nos permitiu fazer o check-in antecipado, sempre respondeu rapidamente e estava sempre disposta a ajudar no que fosse preciso. Além disso, ela deixou vários itens úteis no apartamento que facilitaram muito a nossa estadia, o que mostra o cuidado e a atenção com os hóspedes. A localização também é ótima, com estação de metrô a apenas 6 minutos a pé, o que nos permitiu explorar Paris com facilidade. A vizinhança é tranquila e segura, com comércio por perto. Recomendo de olhos fechados e, se voltarmos a Paris, com certeza ficaremos aqui de novo!

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
