Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bourgvallées

Super nice stay!! Duplex very well located and very functional, the room was superb and very quiet we highly recommend this listing!

We had a great 2 night stay. Vincent met us on arrival and spent time giving us all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfectly located, with onsite secure parking. But in saying that we just parked the car and walked everywhere - 2 minutes into centre of Bayeaux old town, perfect! When we had a problem with washing machine, Vincent came by and rectified the problem within the hour. Highly recommended! Merci Vincent! 😊

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

Even though our family has short stay but we did enjoy Solene’s apartment. It’s beautiful and nice one. Especially the apartment has lovely balcony:)

A very special, beautiful and great place where we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The flat has everything you need; it is perfectly stuffed and that’s done with a lot of charme, welcoming thoughts and a very personal and pleasant touch. There is lots to discover in and around Cancale; we enjoyed the view of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the Mont Saint Michel besides many more beautiful places like Dinard, St Malo and Rothéneuf. Hervé is a fantastic host and makes everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had very enjoyable and entertaining holidays and will certainly come back to Les Puits de Lumière.

Wonderful location with very large wrap around balcony. We explored Caen and used it as a central hub to explore Normandy. Perfect spot for it.

Place was clean and comfortable. Having the bikes was perfect. Perfect location.

We stayed at the accommodation for two days to explore St. Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Dinan and Dol from here. Everything was super clean and Claudine was very nice. She even provided us with a few products for our breakfast. Thank you!

We had a great stay in this house that was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. It's a rental that we recommend without hesitation, and that we will gladly rent again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything!

Super accommodation ... beautiful house ... great layout ... with the kitchen/diner and sitting room in one big room on the middle floor the Estuary views whilst eating or relaxing are quite wonderful !

We spent an extended stay in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid in almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets from the hot tub. We also want to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

We loved Chantal’s place. We were warmly welcomed by Chantal, who provided us with a tour of her place and helped us get settled. The place felt brand new, everything was pristinely clean. Interior is beautifully decorated and everything was perfect. Chantal went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed - with a yummy cider waiting chilled for us, and plenty of tea and coffee. There was also all the amenities available (toilet paper; towels; dishwashing detergent etc). Chantal has very cute puppies and she allowed my son to play with them. We would love to stay again and will - but next time we will stay longer. Highly recommend Chantal’s place.

I loved this place ! It was incredibly clean and very comfortable -- especially the bed. The apartment is within walking distance of everything, including the train station. There are great restaurants nearby and a grocery store a couple of blocks away. The pickup spot for the bus tours to the Normandy beaches are just around the corner, as is the Tapestry Museum. The location is just perfect. There are some steep stairs getting up to the front door and within the apartment itself, so someone with mobility issues might have problems, but other than that, this apartment is a 10\10 for me !

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

We used their place as a base for 3 nights to visit the museums, tapestry, and Saturday market--all within walking distance. We also toured the Normandy beaches and the Place de Quebec (where many tours pickup) is just a 5 minute walk away. Wonderful shops, restaurants, things to see and do--we wanted to stay longer! The washer/dryer was so helpful on our month long tour!

Nothing to complain about, we were more than delighted with our stay. Everything was perfect. They really thought of everything. We'll be back soon...

Shortened stay for personal reasons. However, very responsive and easily reachable host. Well located accommodation in the city of Caen and as described. I recommend it.
