Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bourron-Marlotte

We really loved our stay, and felt immediately at home - we were two families with three kids between us, aged 5, 2 and 1. The kids loved the toys and the garden was totally enclosed and safe for them to play in. We were visiting for a bouldering trip, and were able to get where we needed to go with the car - Petit Bois was 8 mins away, but nowhere was much more than 30 mins. We also loved having the local woods and park to keep the kids and a dog entertained on wetter days. Anne-Marie met us on arrival and was really welcoming, explaining what we needed to know, and responding to any questions that came up during our stay. Thank you!

If you want to relax in the countryside, Serge and Sabrina's accommodation is the perfect place to meet with family or friends. The accommodation has everything you need for a good stay.

Very nice apartment, well located, just a few steps from the train station with lots of small shops around. The property is really as shown in the photos. The spa is beautiful as well as the cinema. Great little time spent at Mike's, I recommend it. The treadmill is really a plus too. The least positive point I found is that there is no direct access to the outside (for smokers you have to leave the accommodation).

We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. It is a small, charming, old house where there is something new to discover in every corner – playful, adventurous and at the same time very cozy. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a great weekend at Véronique and Georges's home. Very pleasant to live in, tastefully decorated... you immediately feel perfectly good there. We were also warmly welcomed; we will be back with great pleasure.

we spent a few days at Deborah's. Listing is as described and photographed . The garden is great, the playing air is good too but to be slightly changed compared to the photos . Deborah is very responsive to messages! We will definitely come back!

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought out as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small corner with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back. 🙂

lovely little house near Roche aux sabots. we stayed there with four adults and one small kid. the garden is beautiful the house absolutely big enough, the kitchen is well equip. we loved it

Beautiful house and perfect for a large group trip. We loved staying here and there was plenty of space for a group of 14 adults on a climbing holiday. Great location, walking distance from the forest and the bakery!! Thank you, we hope to return

Amazing stay. The location was amazing, being max 20 minutes away from any crag you wanted to drive to, super close to town, and generally gorgeous. Anne was an amazing host, if anything went wrong or there was an issue she would respond immediately, and usually be there within the hour to help resolve the issue. If you’re a bigger group looking for a place to stay for a Fontainebleau climbing trip, this place is the one.

We had a great time in this country house, very easy to live in, very well equipped and in the middle of nature. It felt like home! There is everything, the accommodation is comfortable. We are really in the mindset of a welcoming family home.

Beautiful cottage in a top location. View of the Seine and close to a nice Italian restaurant. For was, the distance to go bouldering in Font was extremely important. Which is also a plus for this cottage! Even the two four-legged friends were enjoying themselves. There is no garden but that certainly does not bother given the location :D Enormously enjoyed and perhaps see you again!

We had a pleasant stay, the description of the accommodation is true to what we found. The house is particularly suitable for a family with kids. Always available and responsive, communication with Camille is very simple. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of the exteriors due to the weather and the pool was closed. We recommend it.

Beautiful house with character that deserves some repairs or upgrades. Located in a large, peaceful garden, it is equipped with a swimming pool, a little small but with minimal impact on the environment? The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

The perfect summer accommodation! The apartment is small, but very tastefully furnished and can top it all off with a fantastic garden including a pool. Due to the location on the outskirts, it is wonderfully quiet and green, but you can be in the center of the village in four minutes by car, where you can find everything you could hope for in French delicacies. Severine is an extraordinarily warm, dedicated and helpful hostess who manages to make you feel really welcome. In the event of problems or questions, she was immediately available with advice and action, without giving the feeling of being a burden. Thank you! We were very happy to be there and will be happy to come back!

Thank you for allowing us to meet in your wonderful home. The decoration, the furniture, and the atmosphere of the lighting in the evening, makes the place extremely charming. Each room was spacious and comfortable, decorated in a different theme. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, the pool is pleasant, not to mention the super quality tennis court and the bocce ball court. We had a blast. Everything was together for us to have an unforgettable moment. We're athletes, and we had everything at our fingertips, it's just crazy. Each of us was totally overwhelmed. The comfort, the different spaces of conviviality, the great kitchen, the decoration as a whole, and the simplicity of the explanations you left us, make it really top top top. Thanks

We had the most amazing time at Christian’s place in Barbizon! The house is perfect: modern, charming, comfortable. It was spotless when we arrived. Christian was a great host - the recommendation of a tennis coach and the flexibility for check in and check out were particularly helpful. We hope we’ll come back soon!!

We spent the three beautiful days of the Pentecost weekend at Antoine's. The house has a lot of charm and is spacious. The enclosed garden is very pleasant on sunny days and the calm that reigns there allows you to fully enjoy the birdsong. The above-ground pool (safe for the little ones) allows children and adults to cool off in joy! Thank you Antoine for the responsiveness and advice. To be repeated soon.

Very pleasant stay in this property rented for a family reunion. The good weather allowed everyone to enjoy the outdoors. The tennis court and swimming pool are a real plus for young and old. Everyone was delighted. The on-site caretakers are pleasant, available and discreet.

If you want peace and quiet then this is the place. Lovley countryside all round. The cottage (converted barn) was delightful and super clean. Internet was a bit hit and miss but that should be an easy fix.
