Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bourton-on-the-Water

Stayed there during the weekend for a friends wedding just next door at Cornwell Manor. Beautiful cottage, very easy and quick communication with Julia, check-in extremely easy and so flexible. Julia very kindly didn't ask to leave at 11:00 sharp in the morning as per check-out deadline which was a lovely gesture since we had a pretty late night, so it was lovely to have a lay in in the super comfortable beds.

Great location, minutes away from the iconic village centre, with good restaurants, model museum & the wonderful ‘Brum’ 🚗 💙 at the motor museum (do not miss this!!) Lovely home, Open plan area downstairs was amazing. Water pressure in showers a little low, even when we sequenced ourselves. Well equipped kitchen and facilities - dishwasher, washing machine etc. Gardens super lovely and parking for upto 3 cars at a push. If parking under tree advise a cover as lethal bird droppings!! Thank you for your hospitality and quick responses Erika, we very much enjoyed our time at your place. x

STUNNING accommodation, with everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The location was perfect for us, close to many towns and attractions. The bed was unreal, being the comfiest and biggest bed I've ever stayed in. The views from the room were absolutely beautiful, with working in the equine stud industry, I absolutely adored the horses around and appreciated the beautiful set up. 100% recommend this amazing Air BNB, and we cannot wait to visit again. Jenny was incredible with directions and sent over a very descriptive message regarding check in, which was extremely helpful. Loved our stay 💗

Stay here! If you are visiting the Cotswolds, this is a great choice. Very unique but very comfortable ‘home’. The remodel is so tasteful and functional. The surroundings are gorgeous. The pub is walkable. Jacks Green is a great village, and we visited a dozen of them. One note: the roads are very narrow…caution when driving and walking. Overall, 5-star stay! Don’t miss this one.

We had a great 4 nights at Lucy’s. The garden is breathtaking, the pool lovely and a short walk takes you to the historic pub (complete with Morris Dancers). Lucy was very welcoming and friendly and the house comfortable and within easy travelling distance of some of the best parts of the Cotswolds. We would love to return. Thanks Lucy!

A lovely house which is very close to the centre of Bourton with plenty of parking.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home. It was well appointed with lovely details. The host Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. The location is ideal - a peaceful spot to relax conveniently located walking distance from town and walking paths.

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

My wife and I are hugely grateful for Jenny and her flat, in central Stratford, which was perfect for the shops and eating. The instructions provided everything we needed and more - and Jenny was immediately responsive and polite when I realised I'd not read them😬. The flat was immaculate and provided a great bolt hole for our touristy activities. Being RSC novices, we have resolved to return and hope to stay here again.

A gem of a place to stay. It is well equipped with everything we needed and situated in a lovely garden. The friendly village pub is an easy walk away. Had a nice walk around the tranquil pretty village. So envious of the people living there!!! Would definitely like to come back.

A Perfect Family Getaway at Stable Lodge. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stable Lodge! Debby was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She even booked a table at the local pub for us to watch the football, which was a lovely touch. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Debby truly goes the extra mile with the thoughtful extras she provides, like delicious carrot cake and chocolates. I highly recommend a stay at Debby’s Stable Lodge. You can easily find it on Google Maps, and it will take you directly there. We would love to come back!

A really lovely apartment, very clean with all the little extras. I loved the balcony and view. Excellent and easy parking. It is one of the best cottages I've stayed in with my two teenagers - there's a great chill out sofa but there was enough room to have our own space if needed. I've booked again for Aug it was that nice.

We loved this studio, it was so peaceful, beautiful views from every window. A private balcony and a garden to sit in. Janet was lovely, had made us a cake and there were lots of thoughtful touches. Generous hosts. We were only there for 2 nights and it rained so we went to Stratford (easy journey) but I would have loved to explore the area more, saw a barn owl and a deer with her fawn. Pub a lovely stroll away. It's a real place to unwind. We will definitely be back

Our stay here was wonderful! Alison gave perfect instructions on how to get there and greeted us when we arrived, which was a lovely personal touch. The place was clean and tidy with all the amenities required, and the most beautiful lake view. The location was perfect for walking into Bourton-on-the-Water and for driving to other areas within the Cotswolds. Would highly recommend!

The perfect place for a Cotswolds getaway. Mark was helpful and friendly. The apartment was lovely, close to shops and many nice walks on the many public footpaths.

Sallys property is in a great location, walking distance to Moreton centre and the train station, is very private and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sally is really friendly, helpful and thoughtful, I highly recommend if you're needing a comfortable base around the Moreton area.

John was a wonderful host from the moment our booking was made, through to saying our goodbyes. He provided a warm welcome and easy instructions into the apartment and a welcoming stocked fridge. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spotless, the beds extremely comfortable and within walking distance of the town centre, everything you need for a mini break. Thank you!

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

A great place to stay to explore Upton and the surrounding areas. Apartment is great in a central location right in town, easy walk to anywhere in Upton. Carola and Rick were great hosts, good clear instructions and helpful information. Apartment was spotless (thank you to their housekeeper Emma), and would highly recommended both the Regency Apartment and Carola and Rick as hosts.

Everything you could possibly need was there - even a fan, which I really appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked with implements. Bathroom as super clean - as was the whole flat. Great little room :)

We felt at home at Andy’s place. It was very neat and tidy and actually better than photos. The location is perfect, it’s quiet and private, as well as next to high street and walkable to all the places wherever you want to visit. We had a lovely time here and would consider coming back again here.

Lovely accommodation with private parking and a short walk from the centre of Bibury. Marie was a very accommodating and responsive host and check-in couldn't have been easier.

We spent a weekend at Claire's and had a lovely time. The place is as described and a perfect location for a stroll into Broadway and for exploring the Cotswold's. Would highly recommend

Rosalind was a very friendly and communicative host. She offered a range of breakfasts and recommended some lovely local walks. The property was in a fab location with lots of nice walks/pubs nearby.
