Just off the lounge you will find a balcony with views over the gardens, swimming pool and distant Pyrenees - the perfect place to relax. This former pâté factory was completely renovated in 2016/2017. It is a complete house, with kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. In the bathroom, there is a shower, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed (140x200) with a wardrobe. The other room has a bunk bed and a chest of drawers. Furthermore, there is a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
