Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. small barn near Massat

ideal accommodation for nature lovers in search of simplicity. the barn is adjoining my house with an independent entrance, it is located in a small hamlet of 3 houses on the heights of Massat. the barn is located at 750 m altitude, to access it there is a rustic track over 800 m then you have to walk 20 m. In heavy snow, access will be by snowshoe as the track becomes impassable. Massat is a village with all amenities.

"Los de qui cau" gite + private HOT TUB

« Los de qui cau » se situe dans un petit hameau au cœur de la forêt ariégeoise, en Barguillère à 900 m d’altitude. C'est une maison en pierre datant de 1899. Elle vient d’être entièrement rénovée. Depuis peu, nous avons installé un spa extérieur sous abri face à la forêt.Fonctionne toute l'année( une caution de 50€ est demandée) Attention pour les enfants en bas ages ( bassin, échelle de meunier, jacuzzi)

The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.
