In high season there are 3 good restaurants within about 400 meters. The cottage is built in 2012 with underfloor heating and a lot of coziness. From the terrace you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection of up to 250Mbit/SEK completely free. AppleTV is available in the cabin.

If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandets nature reserve is 9.2 km away. Nordens Ark is 15 minutes by car, as is Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops. Here you live in your own house with stunning views in Bovallstrand, Sotenäs in stunning Bohuslän. The house have a kitchen, toilet and shower, laundry with dryer, TV with chromecast. Max 4 people. The house has a deck and nice patio overlooking the sea, cobbar and cutting. Cleaning is not included but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for an additional fee of 900 SEK. No pets.
