Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

Quietly located on a small family farm, this spacious and child-friendly guest apartment is located near the Kiel Canal in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein. Short distances to the A7, to Kiel, to the canal in an absolutely idyllic location in a 30 km/h zone. Stylish and modernly furnished, with everything the vacationer or transit heart desires. A parking space directly at the house as well as a private e-charging station are available to our guests as well as our egg flap.

For a child or a 3rd person, there is also a guest room, which can also be used as a study. You can cook in the kitchen.

The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.
