A charming relaxing hideaway with your own keyless entrance, large private deck and fenced backyard. Leading to trails, greenspace & duck pond. Great access to the mountains and downtown Calgary. A short walk to the train will take you downtown, approx 25 minutes and directly to the Stampede Fairgrounds.
