Apartment was just like in the pictures, very modern and whithin walking diatance to reataurants. We felt very safe in this area.

This place is a gem. It's somehow both peaceful and private while also being a short walk to two different grocery stores, more restaurants than I can count, and all the shopping on James St. And yet, when you're here, it's absolutely serene and quiet. Gorgeous space with tons of room and thoughtful amenities and technology. I had some small questions for Travis here and there throughout my stay and he always replied within minutes no matter what time of day or night it was. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. If it's available--book it!

Tye's place is in the perfect spot to attend events at the showgrounds, we were a 3 minute walk to gate 5 which was wonderful for our 4 day visit to the Caravan & Camping show. This is also a fantastic spot to attend the RBWH for appointments or visiting family & friends as the walk to the main entrance is less than 5 mins. There is a great cafe if you turn left out of the reception entrance & turn left again. Also a fantastic Vietnamese cafe if you head out of the other entrance & turn right. IGA is 850m away & if you want a bit of a walk to Woolworths it is about 1.1km. Also a gorgeous park across the road to picnic in too. In other words this is a great central location to stay in. Being in the heart of the city, it is not quiet, when the balcony doors are open you can hear traffic, when the doors are shut the soundproofing is great, you will hear sirens going in & out of the hospital, however this is city life & to be expected. A few small issues were addressed promptly.

Couldn’t fault the aprtment. Such a great location with bus stop 100metres away making getting into central Brisbane a breeze. 5 minute walk to restaurants and cafes and local supermarket. Hosts communicated promptly at all times and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend
