Hey, hey, the gang's all here. And there's room for all of them. This is the spot for a family reunion or any other larger gathering. Four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths is very hard to find. Spacious family area by the kitchen for morning coffee and chit chat and additional living room seating. Cass was very prompt and responsive and proactive. There's a lovely stroll down to Lake Ontario and GO station nearby for trips into Toronto. Also a great value compared to hotel costs for 4 couples. Would not hesitate for a moment to return.

my stay at Mrinals place was amazing! it looks exactly like the photos and was so clean. my family stayed here before moving out of the country and it was literally stocked with anything you’d need! anything we needed in the kitchen they had as well as laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. there was so many extra towels, sheets, and bedding. the check in was super easy and everything was exactly like the photos. The driveway has good space as well, me and my family were able to fit 2 SUV’s. Mrinal was an amazing host and very responsive and kind. I highly recommend!

While journeying from the UK to Port Perry, we were fortunate to stay at the Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a week in September. Situated next to a riding school, the tranquil area was perfect for relaxation. Horses grazed in the paddock beside the house – their beauty admired from a distance as per the rule 'do not touch the horses'. The house's position was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, including Port Perry, with easy access to nearby highways for visits to Oshawa, Toronto, and even Niagara Falls. The spacious house had numerous amenities, such as a basement games room and a ground floor club area with a bar. A conservatory connected to a deck and hot tub. Anthony's great communication and assistance made our stay stress-free after a long journey. I highly recommend Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a comfortable stay in Port Perry.

Jasmine is very communicative and easily available. The pool and patio space was really nice. Great walkability with in the neighborhood and close to shops. The third bedroom does not have a door which was manageable for us but it would be nice to have a door for privacy.

Preston was very helpful throughout the entire stay. He gave local recommendations for restaurants and was very communicative. Whenever I had a question, he responded fast and accurately. The amenities were exactly as described, and the house came with everything you needed for a short- or long-term stay. Preston was friendly and interactive just as much as you allowed him to be. Would recommend this air bnb for anyone looking for a fun getaway with their friends just as I was!

We stayed at the North COTTAGE for a ladies work trip to Peterborough. Everything was as listed, and this was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have stayed in! We really loved the coffee bar, and the morning view was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were very clean and great to use after a long day of training. Thanks for a pleasant stay, Mike!

We had a fantastic stay at Amanda’s place! She was quick and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The home itself was super convenient and had all the amenities our family could have ever asked for - comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. While in town, we especially loved visiting the Toe Beans cat café, and checking out the IT walking tour of where the movies where filmed. Thanks again, Amanda, for a wonderful stay.

The place is very clean, tidy, very good amenities, great pool with the lake front view, beautiful surrounding with quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It's very good deal! Just about 5 to 7 minutes to find local grocery store and a small restaurant. Also, only 15 to 20 minutes drive to downtown country side, where easily to find more restaurants. Relaxing driving with amazing views. Excellent communication! Heather and Michael, they always give quick response and provide clear and details information about the place and surrounding. We had an amazing one-week stay at Roozbeh’s place with our family. We enjoyed a short one-night stay before our salmon fishing trip. Great amenities in a very comfortable two-bedroom basement apartment in a quiet home. Perfect location within walking distance to the Newcastle marina. Would highly recommend!

Kenneth’s place was exactly what our family needed while attending a family event.

The place was extremely nice and quiet. We loved it, temp was controlled and when my African family couldn’t handle the air conditioning they helped adjust it. Overall we had a splendid experience. Only downside was my sister arrived at 1 but had to stay away because the system would only let us in after 2pm. Check in time was 4, so this was still a great compromise. We had to leave again and couldn’t stay a little longer because someone else had to check in at 1 and the cleaners do their thing. So flexibility to accommodate guests was good but not great which is still a good thing. We would definitely use them again, already recommended to all my family planning to visit from London in a few months.
