In the style of 'Old Bowral' the Loft is weatherboard, has raked ceilings, internal lining boards and sky lights. Hydronic heating , heated towel rail and underfloor heating in the bathroom keeps you warm in winter, while reverse cycle air conditioning maintains comfort in summer.
