There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. TV (cable TV) in both rooms. Large garden as my guests are welcome to use. There is a deck dedicated for guests. My small dog Futte (hypoallergenic) runs freely in the garden and is happy to entertain guests. She is very fond of children.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away.
