It's a small village with 5 farms. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km. ) Large common area with grass. A bit away from it all. But a nice and friendly environment. Someone who rented it wrote, yes, that's right, it's 1.5 km to towns with shops. The towns are Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, and Skæring.

The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

The villa is from 1904 and has been renovated to be bright and welcoming with charming details and delicious materials. Small cozy townhouse in quiet, idyllic surroundings. Our house is the white one, which is located in a small row of a total of four townhouses in different colors. Two of the houses have thatched roofs and half-timbering in the old Danish style. The house is a 5-minute drive from Aarhus city center, which can also be easily reached by a 10-minute bus or bike ride. There are 1-3 bicycles available (to be agreed upon).

Scenic location by the river "Gudenaaen"

Our house is located very close (100 m ) to the river "Gudenaaen", and the oak tree forrest. You will love our house, because of the location, and the outdoor areas. The room is a good choise for couples (+ one small child ), fishermen, tourists and business travelers.
