Clean apartment with a dream view. We chose the accommodation because of the great view. POSITIVE: - View! We like to sit on the balcony in the morning and in the evening -Clean! - Location, quiet, beautiful nature, everything full of fireflies - Check in and check out: friendly and easy communication via WhatsApp - Children's toys, making the kids feel right at home NEGATIVE: -The large terrace in the picture is a communal terrace, but it is not used by the other parties (permanent residents). However, it was not prepared as shown in the picture (no umbrella, dirty, full of leaves). - The road is not equipped with a sidewalk and is curvy. Walking from the house is not possible -Rooster (and it didn't bother us, because the kids sleep soundly) from early morning the rooster crows in the garden in front of the terrace ...

The stay was 9 days. It was pleasant and relaxing. The apartment is spacious. It includes a sleeping area, toilet, living room, dining room and a balcony. The view overlooks the valley. The environment is noisier on weekends due to the presence of neighbors. Access to the beach requires the use of a vehicle. Be aware that parking spaces are very scarce in the nearest cities. They are mostly reserved for residents. To visit the regions (Genoa, the Cinque Terre, Pisa, etc.) access to the highway is difficult. The train is present in the nearest town (Moneglia), but without parking. Enjoy your stay
