Beachfront holiday rental in Brackley Beach

Very responsive hosts, beautiful cottage and grounds. Everything was as described, there was a nice welcome basket on the counter when we arrived. We had a great stay, would stay here again. We also were given early check in and check out which was a nice bonus :)

We loved our stay here! The place is immaculate and we loved the unique A-frame style. The location was central to a lot of the places we visited and was 15-20mins from great food and Charlottetown. It was nice to have the peace and quiet as well as the closeness to things to do. Shawn was extremely responsive and very helpful. We'd start here again, hands down!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cara and Jeff’s place in Morell. The cottage is beautiful and serene, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a large yard and a fire pit to enjoy in the evening. We enjoyed the adjacent beach as well as trips to nearby Greenwich beach. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Darlene’s beautiful home. It was peaceful and the well furnished deck facing the water was gorgeous. We watched the sunrises and sunsets and all the birds kept us entertained. It’s a great location - short drive to downtown.

My wife and I stayed at Lorenzo’s cottage for our honeymoon. From picturesque views to peaceful nights and close proximity to the fun, we fully recommend Lorenzo’s Airbnb to anyone visiting Prince Edward Island! Lorenzo’s proactiveness and clear instructions made our lives easier. We can’t wait to return to PEI (and his cottage) in the coming years!

Martina's place was perfect for our honeymoon. We stayed there a week and it's just what you need for 2 people. The location was fantastic with being on the water, and not in the bustle of the real touristy areas. Nice and out of the way, but still only 1.5 hours from all the Anne of Green Gables stuff and 45 minutes to Charlottetown. Blossom was great fun. We didn't have time to do any biking of the confederation trail, but we made use of the kayaks one morning and had a bonfire one night. Martina was super helpful with providing wood for a bonfire and giving us suggestions on places to go/things to see in the area/on the island.

'The Keep' lives up to its name! Russ takes great pride in taking care of the place and his guests. You can tell how thoughtful the host is with all the detailed instructions, well labeled switches and fully stocked household items. We had a wonderful time visiting PEI thanks largely to Russ' local tips and how-tos. Not to mention Russ greeted us in person and texted regularly to make sure we are OK settling in. The cottage itself is super clean, quiet, beautiful and in a convenient location to get anywhere around the island. Thank you!

Carries cottage was great for our family. Carrie provided a pack and play, and had comfortable beds. Directly across the road from the beach, was nice to walk over with the kids on a low traffic road. Beach felt very private and warm water even in September. She had lots of beach toys and beach chairs. Only about 20-25 minutes from Charlottetown it was a great location. Not far from Victoria where there are some great restaurants. They have a great yard and enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee watching the kids play. The kids loved the outdoor shower to wash the sand off after the beach.

This was a great spot! Sunny was very accommodating as we were arriving late and allowed us late check out to enjoy the property and surroundings There were limited supplies! No extras suck as board games reading materials minimal towels Maybe have some board games beach toys/chairs and additional towels available Thank you for a wonderful stay!

From the quick and easy online booking to the warm welcome upon arrival, everything went perfectly. We immediately felt comfortable. This little corner of paradise was really a beautiful discovery, which we recommend without hesitation.

Very friendly people. They take really good care of their location. The dome we had was super clean and we had a great view. Despite the lighting and thunder we had, the dome didn’t move an inch and made it a very cosy stay. If you have the chance to visit rustico resort then go for it!

We were travelling as two families of 6 and 4. We found this to be a very nice property in a good location; we were centrally located for all the day trips we wanted to make around the island and found there to be ample space for our group of 10. Jody checked in a few times and made some good recommendations. He was available whenever we needed him. The mosquitos aren’t great, but we found that all over the island aside from the windier beaches. It’s not too bad with good bug spray. We used the pool and visited beaches every day, so we didn’t attempt to swim in the river. The bugs are quite a bit worse by the water. Overall it was a great trip and I would recommend this space and host to anyone looking for accommodations on PEI

Great place and location. Floyd was easy to reach out and very responsive. We had a great time🎉

Natasha and Jonathan were quick to communicate to us of a possible leaky toilet and were out to repair it by replacing the entire toilet without even disrupting our day! The accomodation was impeccably clean, comfortable and well equipped. All rooms were nicely decorated as well. The beach was only a few steps away but still showed remnants of Hurricane Fiona. Still nice to walk on tho! Only criticism would be the need hand railings in the front and back decks for older guests but other than that...10/10 would recommend!!

This Airbnb was the perfect seaside getaway - just steps from the ocean with a peaceful, beachy vibe. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and tidy stay by the sea!

Absolutely gorgeous setting, and cottage was extremely well kept and well stocked. Pat was responsive and friendly, and we pretty much loved every minute of our time here!

This place was spacious and lovely. I don’t know how it is in the summer but for fall, you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself! We roasted marshmallows and enjoyed the sunsets. It was perfect quiet retreat for my family and I.

Great location on the water. Close to everything. Kids loved looking for crabs and going kayaking.

Absolutely stunning place, one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Holly is an excellent host as well. So relaxing and such beautiful surroundings. We hope to stay with them again someday soon!

Amy and Jordan’s cottage was such a great home base for us as we travelled around PEI. The private lot was close to a secluded beach where we could enjoy the ocean, at high or low tide. The views were beautiful as well. Close to Charlottetown, and to amenities. Amy and Jordan left us local treats upon check in, which was so great after a long travel day with a cranky toddler. The space was clean, and comfortable. Will definitely come back again!

We spent an idyllic week here while visiting PEI. The cabin was quiet, peaceful and private with stunning views over the French River. We loved breakfasts and dinners on the deck watching the fishing boats come and go. Sunsets were amazing from the deck and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. Having spent a week traveling around NS we were glad for a washer and dryer. And the option to line dry or use the dryer was great. Sunrises were enjoyed from Cape Tryon Lighthouse, just 5 minutes away The location was great for seeing all parts of the island. One day we toured the west, another day the east, another day for all things Anne and another day for Charlottetown. It was nice to not have to pack and move each day and we loved coming back to the cabin after our trips. Maria was always quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely come back again if we are ever back this way.

Our stay was a dream. For not knowing much about the island the location was perfect. Five minutes away from a great restaurant, ice cream shop and the most beautiful bay I’ve ever seen. The house itself is very spacious and has everything you could ever want for indoor and outdoor amenities. We loved the books, puzzles and games. We kayaked, paddle boarded and searched the bay for sea creatures (crabs, jellyfish and eels were found to the delight of our kids). We felt so relaxed the entire time as the property is incredibly peaceful. Centrally located so we could explore the entire island. Devin was lovely and accommodating, and super quick to respond. We miss it already.
