Cottage is located in the back corner of a 5 acre resort partially surrounded by trees but close enough through a pathway to access the games room and outdoor pool. Close to all amenities but you'll feel like you're miles from everything in this quiet location. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

Designed specifically for this picturesque piece of Prince Edward Island, these new Shipping Container Cottages allow for panoramic views from the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay. Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

The Hummingbird cottage is set back from the road with 3 other cottages. Fully equipped with all the extras! Our cottages are conveniently located in the populair north shore area. 20 min away from Charlottetown and Cavendish, and only 5 min away from Brackley Beach. Each tip of the island is easily reached within an 1.5 hours. This is the perfect place to gather your family for a get-a-way and a central place to explore the island!
