It is 10 minutes from Lake Ontario and a few parks. 10 minutes from downtown Rochester to participate in a variety of year round festivities. 20 minutes from Strong Hospital, movie theaters and more. On street parking that alternates every twelve hours or parking one street down with no time changes.

Stay at the Bay - Cozy waterfront home and docks

Quiet retreat on Braddock Bay with an abundance of wildlife and beautiful views. Situated on no-outlet street in a family friendly neighborhood. This is a great place for a quick getaway or a longer break. My house is meticulously cleaned with all bedding and comforters washed after each guest. My Salmon Creek retreat is also sprayed professionally for spiders and mosquitos and well maintained. Each guest feedback is tended to, appreciated and action taken to make this the best stay.

Our place is in a small neighborhood ( 72 homes) with side walks. The Rochester airport is East of us and about three miles away, Robert Wesleyan, RIT, and U of R are about five miles away. Wow! The Tost and DUTCH experience was delightful! We were met at the door by Desi the dog. Sweet, mellow guy. Our room was right off the kitchen and the bathroon was directly across the hall. We were met by a couple of friendly faces and we said our hellos--after than the place was super quiet and peaceful for our entire stay. Everything was easy and the place was clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. It's a beautiful and quirky old home that had a very loving and welcoming vibe. Parking was super easy as was getting in the side door and the door to our room. Be sure to check out the church! Wow! what a fantastic space. thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the price was a fantastic deal. Thanks Bradley and crew for a lovely experience. Oh, and it's a sweet walk for great coffee in the morning at Ugly Duck. And the thai food down the street at ThaiYada for dinner was great too.

I loved my stay at the Zen. Dana and MD are the friendliest hosts I’ve ever met:) They communicated with me throughout my stay and always responded quickly. They really went above and beyond by having essentials throughout the Airbnb! Everything was super clean, peaceful, and quiet. Not to mention how amazing I slept in the bed with those pillows! I also enjoyed how there were bus routes very close to the place. Ash was always there to greet me and I loved giving her pets. 10/10 stay, I highly recommend and will be returning to whenever I’m in Rochester again. Thanks Dana and MD! :)

Great hosts! The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the extras, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the suite. Location was perfect for a family event in Webster. Easy to find. Jim was easy to contact and replied promptly. Checked to as if I needed anything. I enjoyed breakfast with the hosts. I would stay here again!

My stay with Dick and Linda was perfect! It was the sweetest airbnb experience I’ve had. They were both so warm and welcoming, and their home was just as warm and welcoming! I felt right at home! Everything was very comfortable, and I very much enjoyed just sitting and chatting over breakfast with them in the mornings. Anytime I come back to Rochester, I’ll be there!

Staying with Alisa was like staying with a beloved family member. She was an amazing host, helpful, kind, very flexible. Our two little dogs absolutely loved their walkies out back in Walnut Grove. The green space out back was peaceful and was unexpected in a neighborhood full of amenities. Wegman’s is just around the corner and was so easy for picking up anything we wanted from breakfast foods to a cup of coffee to dog food to favorite soda. The house is a spectacular example of Victorian charm. I’m thankful we were fortunate to stay with Alisa.
