Close to Halifax and its historic Piece Hall or Hebden Bridge with its vibrant arts and crafts scene. We are dog friendly with excellent walks for dogs and their people. Dogs must not be left unattended on the during your stay. Carr Cottage is cycle friendly with classic road or off road routes right rom the doorstep.

Park View House is South facing with views to Roberts Park, Salts Mill, the River Aire, Leeds Liverpool Canal and distant hills. It offers a tranquil base to enjoy the many attractions this beautiful and vibrant area has to offer. It has a spacious king size bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. The first floor bathroom/wc has an electric shower over the bath. There is a comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player and views to the river and park. Unsuitable for children under 8 years.

We offer bike use, numerous country walks and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Situated on the edge of Baildon Moor, this modern private annexe is located on the ground floor of the original farmhouse and boasts fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station). On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!

2 Saw Hill is the perfect retreat for anyone wanting to delve into the beautiful countryside of West Yorkshire. This self catering home is located around lovely walks, close to local pubs and restaurants. Although surrounded by spectacular views the train station in Sowerby Bridge is a 5 min car journey away to reach further destinations including Manchester or Leeds. The hosts live next door and are available if needed.

It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.

One double bed and double sofa bed if needed ( please let us know when booking ) Central heated with wood burner, wifi. Late check in is available via prior arrangement. Logs for the fire are available on request at cost.
