Farm View Villa

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience. IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street.
