It was great! We loved the place and everything was as described. We did think there was an overwhelming amount of rules with some being questionable (e.g., expecting guests to sweep the place, take out the garbage and possibly be charged a lot of money if you accidentally stain the sheets). However, we followed the rules and enjoyed our stay.

Lukasz was responsive when we needed quick help. The moisture sensor under kitchen sink went off late night and he was quick to give us some workarounds. Overall, place is clean and cozy, neighborhood seemed safe even when we would return late at night. Accommodating with baby guest. We would recommend Lukasz’ place! Thank you!

I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The townhome was super clean and close to many restaurants. Sam and AJ were very responsive and made the check-in and check-out process easy. I highly recommend visitors to checkout the ridgeway plaza just 5 min away from the townhome. They have 200+ restaurants with all types of variety. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and relaxing place.

Oluwatosin place is nice beautiful place. Well arranged and clean. I requested for paper towels even though she wasn’t supposed to provide it but she went out of her way to buy it.

We had a wonderful stay at Kate's place. it was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Spacious bedroom with comfortable king bed.

This was my first trip to Toronto, and I’m so glad I chose to stay with Charles & Em. The apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the pictures—maybe even better in real life. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Ilyia’s place. She was very responsive and really tried to accommodate all our requests. The basement is spacious and the kitchen is lovely. I also really appreciate the painting that she made for our daughter. Thank you Ilyia! Few things I would comment is that the hot tub isn’t very clean. Lotss of dirt and leaves floating which we cleaned before use but we also found a bunch of hair at the bottom of the tub. The backyard chairs and table also need some cleaning. The bedsheets and blankets smelled musty/old which I don’t mind but my kids tend to smell everything and a bit bothered. However overall, we had a fun birthday weekend and I still give it a 5 star. Perfect for small event/gathering. Thanks again Ilyia and Larissa!

communication with Sharon and Tanner was excellent and they were helpful with transport queries. Apartment was lovely, plenty of towels and was able to make a meal in kitchen. Near to CN Tower and harbour. Thank-you for a lovely stay and everyone enjoyed the coffee pods.

This is a ground floor unit that really serves its purpose as a budget spot with a lot of care. Thank you for the flexibility and kindness - it was sincerely appreciated
