Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Unsere Gästewohnung befindet sich im Graphischen Viertel, im Erdgeschoss einer ehemaligen Druckerei. In dem Hofgebäude (ruhige Lage) befindet sich außerdem unser Büro und unsere Wohnung - wir sind als Gastgeber also gut erreichbar. Zentrum und Hauptbahnhof sind fußläufig 10 Minuten, Supermarkt und Straßenbahn 2 Minuten entfernt.
