With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

The Pecos River is just a few blocks away where you can enjoy the beach or water park.

Enjoy this beautiful home with your family when visiting Carlsbad, Nm. This newer 3 bed 2 bath home is located in a new, clean and safe neighborhood on the north side of Carlsbad. Play ping pong, Pac Man arcade games, Snes Games, have dinner under the gazebo, or roast marshmallows at the fire pit - you are going to LOVE this home! 2 bedrooms have king beds with duvet covers that are washed after each guest! The bunkroom has 2 full beds and a Tv with a game console.

As you face west, to the south you can make out El Capitan and Guadalupe Peak in Guadalupe National Park and to the north, Carlsbad Caverns National Park sits upon the ridge.

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

The Fountain

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.
