Le Pigeonnier is located very centrally to the heart of the beautiful village of Brantome en Périgord. Guests have access to a pool located in the owner’s garden and it benefits from private parking. Whilst the property is attached to the owners house it has its own entrance and complete privacy. Come spend your holidays in this little cocoon on the island of the village of Brantôme. The 35 m2 apartment consists of a living room/kitchen, fully equipped (fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove, small electric oven, kettle and coffee maker). A bedroom overlooking a small courtyard will allow you to eat your meals outside, a shower room and a washing machine to do your laundry even on vacation. Will be provided: sheets, towels, laundry, toilet paper, coffee, tea towels.
