Hiking opportunities, restaurants, shops and activity offerings are within short distance. Størdal farm is a short walk away. Here you can enjoy locally sourced food in a rural atmosphere. Regular taxi boats go out to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich offer of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kaijaks and a canoe that you can borrow to catch a small paddle ride. About 50 meters from the house it is possible to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
