Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to Slotteberget 9. Bright, nice accommodation with stunning views of the open sea. The house is 54 sqm with a separate bedroom and bunk beds adjacent to the entrance. Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. Washing machine and extra freezer are located in the garage, which is wall-to-wall with the apartment. Parking is available adjacent to the house. Guest house location, see floor plan. Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest near Lysekil city center. Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.

The house has a large sunny terrace with both a glazed conservatory/dining area, gas grill, lounge area, jacuzzi, and sun all day. At the back of the house, you have a large fenced lawn, perfect for playing. In the house you will find 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed. In the lovely bright and spacious living room, you will also find the kitchen, all in an open plan with high ceilings and views from all windows. If you have visitors, you can make up the sofa bed in the living room.

Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, 50 sqm plus 20 sqm sleeping loft. Proximity to both the golf course, the sea and restaurants. Free parking for several cars is available as well as a large lawn for the kids to play on. Four beds plus a sofa bed for the little ones.
