Quiet and secluded accommodation in guest house right by the lake Ullvättern. Access to a large jetty with lounge sofa and sunbeds. Rowing boat and wood fired sauna are included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Sleeping loft with 140 cm double bed and sofa 140 cm with double bed. Staircase from the living room up to the sleeping loft. Kitchen with basic equipment, fridge/freezer, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. No dishwasher. Toilet with toilet, shower, sink and storage cabinet. The cottage is located on the same property as the host's house. Welcome!

You are welcome to stay in this historic building, which was built in 1912 as an office for the cornerstone company Blombacka Bruk, where iron binding wire was manufactured in the past. Now the building has been converted into an artist's residence where I make sculptures on the 1st floor, and I rent out the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is about 100 m2. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has high ceilings and large, airy rooms. The neighborhood is peaceful, and nature is just outside the door. I have three lovely goats here that can be petted and cuddled.

Welcome to this converted 50 m² wooden loft, situated in a quiet and secluded location behind the main house on the property. You live in a rural and scenic environment with the forest around the corner and the nearest lake is only 800 meters away. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere when you are indoors. If you want to get out and about, there are beautiful hiking trails and for the cycling enthusiast, longer tours around the lakes await. Around the loft, there are pleasant patios where you can barbecue, or relax and enjoy nature.

Lakefront cottage with boat, beach and private jetty

Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

So is life on this island. Of course, it is already unique to be able to book a house on a private island. The house/island exudes simple Swedish life. Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.
