Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. It is located on the 2nd floor (attic) of a three-party house with few residential units. Very quiet and relaxing. Not overcrowded. Very good amenities (like at home). Parking is available right outside the door. Good fast Internet VDSL 50 Mbit free of charge.

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
