The light-flooded apartment "Viktoria Lusie" comprises the entire first floor of the CITY-COUNTRY-BARN. Cozy apartment for a lovely weekend for two

I am happy to provide my cozy little accommodation over the weekend ❤️ The apartment is extremely well located. Close to the center, easy to reach by public transport, there is also parking on the street if you arrive by car. There is a Rewe just around the corner that is open until midnight, a pizzeria and a kebab shop right next door. In the immediate vicinity there are also other bars and restaurants. Also in the Okerpark you can stretch your legs, and much more...

Located in the middle of the city on the pedestrian zone: in Casparistraße between Burgplatz and Hagenmarkt (e.g. 5 min. Audio-Med-Akad., language school, castle). Many shops and local suppliers in the immediate vicinity allow for quick basic care! Public transport stops (tram/buses) only 1 - 3 minutes away: VW FS, Siemens approx. 10 - 15 minutes!

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
