Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Braxton County

Kimberly & Jeremiah were amazing! I was in the area at another air bnb but it wasn’t working out, and they accepted my reservation on super short notice (like “I’m on the way, be there in 2 hours” 😂) everything was labeled and I loved that. The house was super clean and so pretty! We didn’t play or explore the river or trails, but we sure enjoyed our morning coffee looking out at it! They were super responsive and let us know we would have everything we need except coffee! There was even toys and things to play with in the laundry room and my toddler sure loved that and called it the “baby room” the whole time we were there. The house is very spacious and has some very cool details that you can only find in old houses like this! Very happy with my stay and would absolutely stay again!

Our 9 day stay was everything we could have hoped for and more. Jeremy and Brenna were very responsive and friendly while giving us our space. I cannot emphasize enough the privacy this rental provides, plus, all the birding I was able to do on the deck as it was peak spring migration. It was spacious and our 4 year old Corgi, Barney, felt comfortable from day 1. Everything was clean and neat, and I loved the "sheep" theme. The swing down the way has an amazing overlook although we had mostly cloudy evenings so we missed out on a sunset. I think the icing on the cake is renting from local residents. We are so drawn to West Virginia and Appalachian culture (I'm from there), and everything we encountered was true to my roots. Also, there are so many one lane backroads we traveled, which is always an adventure as you never know what treasures await. Lovely people, lovely place, lovely getaway. We'll be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed for the weekend! It was close to the marina and lake, which is what we came to Sutton for.

This place was phenomenal!! Went with a group of friends and it was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be booking again! Brian is an amazing host!

This is the second time we have stayed at Jeremy and Brenna’s to celebrate an after Christmas family Christmas 🎄 We have loved it! It feels like home. It is so cozy and they have extra little amenities to make it more inviting. They have teas, hot chocolates, snacks, games, and even a Christmas tree. It is the perfect place where my family can get together and relax. So thankful they have allowed us to come back.
