In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Die Ferienwohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer für drei Personen, eine Küchenzeile mit Herdplatte, Wasserkocher und Toaster, eine Sitzecke, eine schöne Dusche, WC, einen Haartrockner und eine Waschmaschine. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
