We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The access to the suite is independent. The Suite is two steps from the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoa bike path, 5 minutes walk from the Botanical Gardens, 10 min drive to Copacabana, Leblon and Ipanema beach.

Located 300 meters from Matadeiro Beach and Armaçāo Beach and 13 km from Florianópolis International Airport. The Tucano hut is on a plot with other huts, please note that there will be other guests transiting near the Tucano hut.
