You can listen to the waves and enjoy the ocean breezes from the porch. The upstairs porch goes all around on two sides. A large primary bedroom with a King bed. A spacious second bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunkbeds. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Has a double lot, lots of room.

Fisherman's dream. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. This property is located on a canal directly across from McNeal's cut on the San Bernard River. Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp. Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.
