Family-friendly holiday rentals in Breckenridge

Our stay was wonderful. Robert was extremely helpful and responsive. Traveling with our baby the space did get hot during the day as most mountain homes don’t have AC. They brought fans to help cool the space and made our stay much more comfortable. We’d reccomend to everyone and would stay again!

Mark & Nancy were on top of everything before we got to the cabin. From vehicle recommendations to all of the info we needed to get in. The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed along with fun card and board games to keep everyone entertained. One couple on the trip even got engaged at the top of the hill right by the airbnb with the beautiful mountains in the background! 10/10 would recommend.

Jennifer was a great host. Very easy to communicate with, and was flexible with a slightly later check out time that better accommodated our travel plans. I would definitely return and stay here again!

We loved our stay! It was a very unique place very close everything. I loved the story behind the house, and the book of the history of the cabin. Of course, my girls loved the hot tub, and were in it every night we were there. We would love to come back someday!

The place was great located right in River Run Village and Marco was a great host. Marco was always responsive and checked in to see how the stay was going. Appreciate the accommodation and would consider staying there again, thanks.

The condo is fantastic! I truly appreciated all the high quality finishes and furnishings. The decor was just perfect for the Breckenridge Mountain setting. Even though it is part of a 4 story building - once you enter - it felt like we were staying in a cozy cabin because of all the finishes. The bed in the master is very comfortable - something that is always very important to me when vacationing anywhere as a mid 60's person. And the view and relaxing sound of the river directly in front of the building makes it just PERFECT. Well stocked kitchen. Just a trip down the stairs (or elevator) to the walk along the river and you are right downtown Breck. Carol was super responsive to any questions. Would stay again next time we head up there!

Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! Grateful! Thank you, Jody!

Lloyd's BnB is a great place to stay. The beautiful mountain setting, the charming creek and the fact that EVERYTHING you could possibly need for is less than 10 minutes away are all reasons to come back. I would ^ HIGHLY ^ recommend this Air BnB to anyone with dogs, mountain lovers or anyone who wants a picturesque getaway from the city without having to be too far away from all the amentities a city provides. Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

Stayed here with 6 people total and everyone was very comfortable. Tara provided helpful instructions and was always responsive to any questions I had. The property requires a gate code and has very little traffic once off the main road. Kitchen was spacious and the loft bedroom upstairs was super cool. We got snowed on pretty good our first night so we were very glad to be able to use the fireplace at the home! The place was very clean and couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

Jaime was the most gracious host! Professional, personal, and super friendly. The place was spotless and had everything i needed. Thanks for the welcome package for me and my dog, Trooper, who, by the way, became fast-friends with Hugo, the doggy host. I will be staying here again!

Jonathan and Kelly’s place was a wonderful place to relax. Views were incredible and we had two moose come to visit! The stars at night were amazing, and the kitchen and grill provided everything needed to cook a great meal after a day of exploring. Lots of great hiking options nearby, and a superlative tub for soaking after that hike. Can’t recommend enough.

Gorgeous home! Plenty of space and well stocked to cook large group dinners. Views were incredible. Highly recommend!

Michael and Naomi's place was amazing. It was so convenient to downtown, was easy to check-in, and they were even able to help us with an earlier check-in. The place was clean and well kept. The bedroom mattress was a bit firm for our liking, but the apartment/condo was a very welcoming stay after long days of hiking. The hot-tub and pool areas are also well maintained and right next to the condo! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Breck! I definitely recommend if you want a convenient stay to downtown, amenities, and your own space.

Brian and his beautiful condo were both great. We have stayed in this condo before and were glad to be able to come back. Location is excellent, condo decor is beautiful, and equipment [humidifiers, fans, blankets, clothing hooks, etc] was just what we needed. Brian was very responsive to our questions with effective answers and actions as needed. This is a great place for 6 people. All three generations enjoyed our stay!! Don’t hesitate to try Columbine 205!!!

Location location location! This comfy condo is close to anything you might want or need. We spent most of our time on the balcony with an expansive view. From easy check in, to coffee for the first morning, to the nearby pool, to great communications, this place is super. Can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s condo! The condo was just as described. Very cozy with wonderful views of the mountain. We loved the ease of walking to the slopes and to downtown. We hope to come back someday!

We took a couples trip to Breckenridge and this condo was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Super close to the Main Street for walking to coffee or dinner, enough cookware to cook at home, all the amenities for a good trip. The host was really accommodating for us arriving an hour early and shared great recommendations for the area. 10/10 trip, would definitely recommend it to anyone considering visiting!!

Fab location next to snowflake lift and so fun to snowboard back to condo backyard on 4 o’clock run. Great space for couple but will be tight fit for additional guests. No elevators and has steps over bridge but condo on ground level.

Deb's place was great and just what we needed after long day of skiing. The hot tub was right outside the patio door, which we loved in the cold weather. The bed was comfy, soft and warm. The condo is a two minute walk to shopping and dining on main street. The bus system picks up at the front of the building the staff at the front desk were very helpful when needed. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed are time we spent in the condo and couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for making your condo available for all of us to enjoy :)

We had a great time here! It's very walkable to town and the pool and hot tubs were great. The hosts were super responsive when we had a question. We enjoyed our time in Breckenridge and this was a great home away from home!
