The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub, and marina are all within a 100-meter radius.

My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. The spacious vacation home has its own entrance and is located on the first floor. The house is decorated in a country style and has a beautiful view over our garden and Belgium, across the Meuse. The vacation home is excellent for vacations but also as a stay for business trips.
