The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On one side it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

It takes 1 minute to be on the beach. Just go down the stairs for three floors and cross the boardwalk street.

I would start by saying that Gigi is his wife. They are exceptional people. Great people give you great advice on where to go and where to eat, like the scialuppa at the port or bella luccania in maratea. They are great, go there. Gino and his wife were very sweet. It was my birthday and they gave me a rose picked from their garden that I brought back to Rome. The house has all the comforts. I recommend it to everyone!! Thank you for everything, we had a great time. Desiree

Castelluccio house This is a comfortable, roomy house in a beautiful green setting. It has large windows and a big front patio, full of flowers, overlooking the mountains and the valley below. It’s in a totally quiet rural setting, only 10 minutes drive into town. It’s one of the most peaceful settings we’ve stayed; it was wonderful to sleep so deeply. One issue to be aware of is the heating system (it was still chilly when we were there in early May). It’s good if you are familiar with making fires in a fireplace or wood stove, as this actually heats water pipes that control the radiators in the rest of the house. This is a property that shows the care and love of the owners, and the host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely stay in the smaller house here, in amazing grounds. There are beaches, shops and restaurants all nearby but you do really need a car in Maratea! Alessandro and his family were brilliant, helpful and flexible

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay at Attilio’s Airbnb. It was very spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed including clothes washer and kitchen. The large living room gave me plenty of space to spread out my luggage & filming equipment. It’s really close to the restaurant in Old Town Maratea. Free parking was really nice. Short walk to the supermarket. I definitely recommend choosing Attilio’s place if you visit Maratea.

Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .
