Our space can accommodate 4 guests, but we are happy to accommodate one more child (under 12 years old) at no extra charge. We have an extra sofa bed.

It's completely new and fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor pool (both food and pool for reasonable price - not included in the price of the apartment).

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away. From the terrace, the view was nothing short of breathtaking: the vast sea stretched endlessly, shimmering under the golden sun, merging with the horizon in a dance of blues.
