The apartment on the ground floor is part of a single-family house that we live in as a family, but is completely separated with its own entrance. It consists of a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with toilet/ bathtub/washing machine/dryer, as well as the kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. Your own free parking right by the house + charging option for e-cars.

This lovingly renovated, 68 m² old building apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable double bed. I live in Berlin. This apartment used to be mine and is located in my parents’ house in Schwangau. I currently manage the rental for my parents. They live on site, and I take care of the Airbnb management for them :) Important: Please do not book this accommodation if high-speed Wi-Fi is important to you. The Wi-Fi is unfortunately not very fast. Instead, put your phone away and enjoy the nature, the surroundings, and especially the beautiful view! :)
