Holiday rentals with a patio in Brela

We loved the place!It was sparkling clean with a well-equipped kitchen and a fantastic sea view. A beautiful,quiet beach is within walking distance. Carolin and her husband are very friendly and gave us valuable travel tips. We would come back any time!

One of the best value for money accommodations I've stayed in. Although it isnt the most modern it was filled with all the basic (and more) amenities one would need - a home away from home. The view from balcony was beautiful and made it enjoyable to have breakfast and dinner there. Aircon worked great, hot water was always available and shower had good water pressure. Location was also good - less than 10 mins to the beach and promenade for restaurants and groceries. It's also within 10-20 minutes driving of other beautiful towns. Ladislav is such a lovely, friendly and accommodating host. We really appreciated his flexibility on early check in and late check out times. He was able to address our queries and requests quickly. Would highly recommend.

Ivana's apartment is a paradise where you can leave all your worries behind. Relaxing in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset with this beautiful view is incredible! This apartment has everything you need (including towels, bathrobes etc.). It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Another great feature of this apartment is the grill near the roof terrace. We really enjoyed cooking dinners there and enjoying the sea view while eating. You can also park your car on the premises, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. Thanks to Ivana, our stay was relaxing and carefree. She is always active and responsive. Amazing stay ! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . The view is absolutely stunning even better in person both the sea and mountain view . Loved watching sunset each evening on the spacious balcony.

We felt very comfortable in Zrinka's apartment. You were quickly at a very nice quiet beach, and could start the day in the morning with a view of the sea on the large balcony while having breakfast. The location of the accommodation was very quiet, you could reach supermarkets from here in max. 10 minutes but also beautiful cities such as Omís, or Split. About Zrinka, you can only say that she is a great and warm hostess, approachable and helpful at all times.💕 The vacation with her was very relaxing, we will be happy to come back!!!!

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. From the moment we arrived with cold drinks and fruit waiting in the fridge, to even the ac being on, nothing was overlooked. Beach towels and all varieties of coffee, tea, entry items and even useful items in the bathroom. The location is so beautiful, walking around the neighbourhood and down to the beach was something we looked forward to daily. There’s also a grocery store and produce stands right across that were very useful. Omiš is a short drive and such a charming town full of stores restaurants and cafes. Overall we had the most incredible stay and can’t wait to come back.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Ana and her family are really great hosts. They take care, always ask if everything is good or if something is missing. One evening, Ana's father even brought over fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. In addition, we were once invited to dinner at their own restaurant. The food was really delicious and the community with them was nice. In terms of amenities, everything is really available. Even more than expected. The location is super nice. It is quiet and you have privacy. The private pool was the highlight for us. We were super satisfied with our stay at Vila Iko and would only recommend it to everyone 😍😍

A wonderful oasis of peace. You hear nothing but the sounds of nature and the view never gets boring. You imagine yourself in the middle of nowhere, but you are provided with all comforts and you drive by car for 40 minutes to all the nice villages.

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Everything was perfect

Our stay at the accommodation was fantastic, very clean and pleasant! The kitchen was very good ripped out with everything we needed to cook. Close to several beaches and the boardwalk was very nice! Marija was very helpful as a host!

The location is perfect, just 1 minute from the beach, 7-10 min from the old town and playground. The apartment is clean and big enough for 2 adults and toddler. There is a small patio in front of apartment. Communication with Anka was easy and responsive. Parking is a big plus.
