The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Shops are within walking distance or just minutes driving distance for eating establishments. Brenham is a 20 minute drive; Round Top is 35.

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.
