Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Brera, Milan

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

We had a great stay in Milan! The apartment is in a great location, only a 15-20 minute walk from the Duomo and close Navigli. Ginevra was really helpful and sent clear instructions for check in. She was quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend.

This apartment is a serviced/refurbished apartment across the level (common staff that cleans the entire level). Loved the aesthetic and mindfulness about placement of lighting. Comfy bed of foam and just the right firmness, double pillow per pax. Basic bath items inclusive (towels and shower gel). Loved the dual shower heads (rain shower and handheld). Dual aircons in consideration of the sun received. Dishwasher is a premium addition. Love the thought which went into the unit. Makes you feel like home and at ease. Most items are considerably new (heater/boiler was good). Thermal flask had a little collection of calcium at the bottom, might consider changing. 1L of water, Caffè capsules, and Madeleine inclusive too Only thing setting it apart from a premium accommodation above its price point is the kitchen-top which is visible from previous occupants' improper use. And, there were also some insect problem near the main door area. Other than that , it is well worth what is paid !

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

We spent two nights at Flavia's place. The enclosed parking is really very appreciable and easy to find. The accommodation matches the photos and is very clean with lots of little touches. The only negative is street noise.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy and the space felt peaceful and well-maintained. It was also nice and bright during the day. I’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying here during our time in Milan. It was very close to lots of good restaurants and lots of stores to go shopping!

Great base for Milano. The space is bigger than the photos give it credit for. The neighbourhood is lively with great food and bars. Mariuccia was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Appreciated the hospitality and will be staying next time we are in Milano.

Lovely place, the host very kind and friendly, offering many recommendations including things to do with kids. The place is near a supermarket and restaurants, near the park and places to visit during your stay. I definitely recommend it.

Great location! We walked everywhere + utilised the tram lines out the front. Very close to the Duomo, Fashion District and Brera. Federico was incredibly responsive and helped make our stay more enjoyable. The apartment did have a bit of a musty smell when arriving home after many hours out and about. However, we’d just open the terrace doors + turned on the air conditioner and this would freshen it up immediately. Also, there’s a washing machine which was a lifesaver for us! We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation for the price. Thank you Federico!

We had a fantastic stay at Daniela’s studio! The apartment was spotless and so well equipped. We truly had everything we needed. Daniela was very responsive leading up to the stay and the check in instructions were very clear. We loved the neighborhood — lots of restaurants and beautiful streets. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Place is cozy , area is walkable and very near to the metro station

This was the perfect location for a first visit to Milan. Very central, near restaurants and public transit, and very walkable. Washing machine and dishwasher a big plus. Neighborhood not too quiet nor too noisy, felt perfectly safe walking around alone at night. Would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment near the center of Milan. The location is perfect—right in a cozy and historic part of the city, with everything within walking distance. One of the highlights was the stunning view of a beautiful historic church right from the window, which added so much character to the experience. Great location, walkable from train station and some great restaurants nearby. Apartment was exactly as described, and Monica gave us clear instructions on how to get in. Also, we really appreciated that she was able to let us check-in early. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Best Stay! Don’t hesitate to book this property. Absolutely stunning, quiet and so well designed. My daughter and I have been traveling for a week and London and Paris and this was the first time we had a great nights rest. So comfortable, extra touches, amazing hosts, we will be back to stay again in the future. Perfect.

Michele was a great host. Landed in Milan from Australia and could not have picked a better location to use as a base. The accomodation is 2 minutes from Milano Centrale train station and a heap of other local metro lines. It is clean, secure, spacious for 1-2 guests, and has everything you need. Would not hesitate to book again when I return. Cheers!

Amazing place for those who value slow life, executive design and attention to the details. Great area with dozens of fine bars and restaurants. Home equipped with all necessary facilities. Highly recommend and already thinking of coming back!
