The apartment overlooks the lake, and the interior space is harmonious and authentic, categorized with 4* for two people. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities, TV, Wi-Fi, heating is possible on an electric convector or if you want a special atmosphere using a wood-burning stove. Public parking is adjacent to the entrance of the property.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
