Apartment holiday rentals in Brevard

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is absolutely pristine. The seating and bed were very comfortable. There was plenty of storage space foe our things. The bathroom was luxurious. The kitchen was very well appointed. We felt right at home. The apartment is above two super cute stores in a very walkable neighborhood. We had coffee three doors down and fantastic beer, Mexican, burgers and pizza just a stones throw away. The parking spot was easy to find and a quick walk. This is in our Top 3 of AirB&B ever. You won't be disappointed!!

Our stay at Traci’s was absolutely wonderful! There were fresh baked cookies and a homemade birthday card for my boyfriend’s birthday. Traci truly went above and beyond. Location was great and we especially loved the private patio. Would highly recommend 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Gabrielle’s. She gave us many suggestions weeks before we got there and was easily accessible once we arrived. The place was very clean and had a lot of amenities. The view was amazing. It was easy to get from her place to many other local attractions that we wanted to see.

We were in town for a wedding and traveling 7.5 hours to get there the stay was absolutely amazing! It rained while we were there on Friday but we enjoined sitting on the porch with blankets listening to the rain fall on the tin roof! We enjoyed watching the neighbors horses that would come to the fence to visit and we enjoyed watching the chickens beside the house ( don’t worry they are all quiet as well). We ended up being a party of three traveling with a 14 year old boy who never once said he was bored he spent his time on the swings outside and petting the horses! I highly recommend this place it is close to town, nice quiet location, easy driveway, no steps to climb and peaceful! The House is very clean, beds are comfy even the couch bed sleeps well per the 14 year old. The Host is very friendly and made sure we had absolutely everything that we needed! Fantastic experience for our Asheville adventure. Nice and secluded, shaded and private, close enough to the action, and far enough away for a piece of mind. The next next time we come to Asheville again for a festival we’re definitely gonna stay here. This bed is one of the most comfortable beds. We’ve had the pleasure of sleeping in around the world. Kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very accessible and helpful. Check-in was a breeze.

I wish there were a rating higher than five stars to offer for The Spanish Studio and hosts Michelle and Esteve. This home away from home is beautifully furnished and decorated, and is squeaky clean. There are thoughtful touches throughout the space, and everything one could possibly need has been provided. The location is ideal for anyone needing to be in or near Black Mountain, Montreat, or Asheville, and the outside space is inviting and practical. Michelle and Esteve are kind and hospitable, and are model hosts.

Kimberly was awesome. Responded right away to keep me informed about check in. I’m so grateful for the last minute find. And for her being so gracious and accommodating. The space is beautiful. Just like home. The shower was perfect - with just the right water pressure. Highly recommend!

Erica was a great host, and this place is great for an affordable place to stay close to the Asheville area. Wifi worked great, and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable. I appreciated the calm and peaceful surroundings. Erica was very accommodating and flexible, and I would stay here again.

This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! This room is very spacious, clean, and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Perfect location for visiting the blue ridge parkway, Pisgah NF, Asheville and Black Mountain! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the area!

This home was so comfortable and had everything we needed. I felt at home right away. The location is perfect, steps away from a fantastic playground and a short walk from downtown. The back garden was absolutely lovely - we spent a lot of time sitting out there enjoying the birds and the fireflies. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Absolutely outstanding stay! Brian exceeded all expectations as our host. On top of beautiful surroundings and stylish and modern furnishings with more than ample space, Brian’s hospitality was the best I’ve ever experienced from Airbnb. He provided excellent local recommendations for hiking and spots to eat around Brevard. My group and I really enjoyed this stay and will definitely keep Brian’s space in mind for future trips.

Overall a really beautiful and peaceful spot that checked all the boxes for what I needed for the week. Super comfy and cozy. Had a really lovely stay, and Paul was super responsive. Definitely will be looking to book here again when I return to the area in the future!

The place in Horseshoe NC was great for the two of us. It was private very quiet and near everything we needed. Would recommend it to anyone and would love too come back.

Great location I will certainly miss being able to walk right down to the lake. Leslie is a phenomenal host and did a great job of communicating and taking care of any things that came up during our roughly 8 month stay. she was also very accommodating in helping us and other tenants that were impacted by hurricane Helene. kudos Leslie well done!

Annual trip with my brother. This was our second stay, and it was as great as it was last year. It’s just a super lovely space on a surprisingly secluded property. Sitting porch is gorgeous. The backyard is gorgeous. Hot tub is clean and inviting. Location is good (walking distance for lots of West Asheville stuff). Mike was very engaged helping us coordinate dates and attentive to every bit of communication. We’re grateful for the lovely base camp.

So incredibly serene. I felt at peace being surrounded by nature’s splendor. There is something very unique about the energy of their property. Very healing just being there. Will definitely visit again. 🙏

We had an excellent last minute stay. Apartment was clean and Arayna even set up the air mattress for us before our arrival. We visited some of the restaurant recommendations and found a new favorite spot. The hot tub was clean and we had a nice view of the fireflies in the field from the hot tub. We could not get the outdoor fire ring to work, but could have been user error, either way we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here!! It was beautiful! Our favorite things were the waterfall, the big deck and the yard!

We were so lucky to find this place about 2 miles from my Son’s house. After a short ride on some windy, hilly roads (not bad at all) we arrived in a lovely neighborhood. As hosts they were friendly and helpful and more than generous. They supplied breakfast foods, water bottles, and other food stuffs that were more than welcome after a long drive. The Airbnb was spotless and welcoming, bed (master, we didn’t use the other bedroom) was extremely comfortable. Of course the hot tub was a huge bonus that was also a welcomed perk. Barbara and Steve were there when we arrived and were More than gracious. From start to finish our visit was perfect. We felt right at home and access to downtown Weaverville and Asheville was a breeze. We will definitely return.

Denise's place is very nice. It's located in a peaceful, wooded setting that is 4 minutes from downtown Black Mountain. The bed is comfortable and everything in the space is in great shape. The hot tub is very nice and has a view of the back yard and an adjacent wooded area. Denise and Jimmy are helpful and quick to respond to messages. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to rent again in the future.

Felt right at home and safe. The bed was comfy and we both slept well. No noise at all. Very quiet surroundings. While private and quiet, it was still somehow right around the corner from so many nice places to shop, eat, and get outdoors. Lovely hosts who were appreciative of the respectful way we treated their home.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s Airbnb! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described.
