Condo holiday rentals in Brevard

It was a great peaceful Escape for the weekend. The hosts were very communicative and the place was very clean.

Had a very nice and relaxing stay. Alicia was great and checked on us. Home was in very nice condition and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

We are usually in Waynesville at least twice each year, and Mainstay has become our choice of accommodations. We agree with all the positive comments regarding location, cleanliness and comfort, and the high quality of the building renovation. The laminated wood trusses in the main room are especially impressive. The photos don't show the inside of the elevator, but it is as clean and modern as the rest of the building, and has the added advantage of making it possible to take all your stuff up to the apartment in one trip (or, in our case, four trips). The host's level of service is every bit as excellent as the physical appointments--all our requests, whether before, during, or after our stays, have always been met with a rapid response that answers our questions and solves our problems.

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

Very private condo with everything you need on the third floor of the S and W building. Perfect size for a couple and within 2/10 of a mile of all the best restaurants and half a mile from the south slope breweries. We picked this condo because we live an hour away from Asheville and wanted to be able to not have to rush to get back home after a long, fine dining dinner or a bar crawl of breweries. We agree the bed and linens were very comfortable.

Loved our two night stay at Robert's place. He allowed us to check-in a few hours early so we could get ready for a wedding. He is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The house is in a fantastic location close to downtown, and the space was immaculately clean. We were able to hear footsteps upstairs once, but otherwise weren't able to hear the family upstairs. Hope to stay here again during our next trip to Asheville!

The place was so beautiful, clean, and spacious. The neighborhood was so friendly and quiet. We cannot wait to visit again!

Frans' place was very peaceful and comfortable. The amenities were perfect and upscale. The entire home was very clean and welcoming. We appreciated the little touches of the eco soaps and organics. The host was very responsive and the location was close to everything we needed.

Corey was a great host. The place was just like the pictures. Everything we needed was there and in great shape. The morning coffees on the back porch was a highlight. I took my son here for a golf trip to celebrate his graduation and he really loved being right on the course. We even had some deer come visit our back. Will definitely stay here again if we are heading to the area. Definitely recommend.

Tamra was super friendly. All was as described. Area is beautiful. Hot tub, quick walk to Lookout Mountain hiking trails, and short drive to cute Black Mountain town were a big plus!

We had a great time! My kids loved going on the canoe in the pond. We also loved going to the pool after a day out apple picking and hiking. The mornings are also peaceful sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee listening to the waterfall.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kristin's home in Asheville! As many others have noted, it is in a great location, located walking distance to Downtown and South Slope. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. We did bring a car, so having a dedicated spot in a secure garage was a huge plus. While the condo is situated on a moderately busy road and across from the bus depot, we didn't feel like the noise was excessive or any more than we expected. The building, garage, and apartment felt very secure, and we walked everywhere we needed to go without issue. Kristin was very responsive and great to work with. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip!

Although this wasn’t our first visit to Asheville, this rental was definitely our favorite! Incredible amenities and very clean. The patio was our favorite to enjoy coffee in the mornings with our dog. The area is very safe and walkable with a cute little park across the street. Also greatly appreciated their responsiveness and going above and beyond to return a left item back to us! Can’t wait to come back!

I really loved the location, my room and bathroom were perfect. They were responsive, and quickly, whenever I had a question. Their place felt like a second home for the moment. I loved it!

It was absolutely perfect for our anniversary getaway. Host was friendly and responsive. Area was beautiful and peaceful (even with rebuilding after hurricane helen). Room was perfect just like pictured. Definitely will recommend and plan to return.

We loved our stay. The place was great, the location amazing and we loved the views of the city and surrounding mountains from the room.

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

Great communication and a very pleasant stay.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a family reunion with our twin 6yo daughters. It was cozy so I would say that more than two adults would find it difficult to share the space unless you only needed a space to sleep. The place was clean, had a lovely porch to enjoy the lake views, and was very comfortable.

Lovely place to stay so close to Lake Lure! Yelitza was a great host!
