Beachfront holiday rental in Brewster

The water views were breathtaking. The hot tub was a nice touch. Beautiful clean home. We loved our stay and would love to come again.

This is a wonderful little cabin within walking distance to a pristine beach, Lecount Hollow. The beach is dog friendly and there are hundreds of other paths through the woods too.

I would give our hosts Jenn and Jamie a 10 out of 10 if I could! They were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The unit was exactly as described, and we are already looking to see when we can go back! We loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Wendy and Tim’s place! The location was absolutely perfect, the house was super comfy and felt right at home, and all the furniture was comfortable! The beach was absolutely amazing, will definitely want to come back!

We wanted to stay in Wellfleet, which is a beautiful town with galleries filled with talented and friendly people and a short drive to Provincetown. But what made the trip was staying at Charles’s place. It is so very special, and it was hard to leave. We are grateful to have stayed in a home whose family cherishes what they have. The views were good for the soul. So so special. Thank you Charles for all of your suggestions and conversation. It was nice to meet you!

Our stay on the Cape at this cottage was wonderful! Easy check in/out and a quaint, private space, easily drive to local spots in Orleans for food & drinks and a lovely walk to the nearby beach! Would absolutely love to spend time here again!

Awesome little cottage for a week! We spent a whole week at this place and loved it! Tanya was so kind with instructions how to get in and was available for if we needed anything at all. The location is spectacular steps from the private beach, near some great restaurants and stores. The space is small but really all the essentials you need to have a relaxing quiet stay. Would definitely stay again and it’s the perfect place for a getaway.

We had a wonderful week on the Cape. I was initially concerned as this house is attached to the primary residence. However, the yards are completely separate and private, the owner was not in residence while we were there, and we forgot all about it after check in. The house is just steps to the beach, which also has a playground and swings. Beach chairs and umbrella were included, but be sure to bring your own cooler. The kitchen had all new pans and utensils, everything we could ask for. We did a lot of cooking, although we checked out a few local restaurants including The Skipper chowder house, a quick walk away. We also enjoyed mini golf, the arcade, and go karts at Skull Island which kept my crowd of teenagers happy. We rented kayaks on Bass River which was a great way to tool around the coves and inlets nearby. I spent a great deal of time on the deck with coffee and a book, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. A lovely, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful is place is. The ocean is right there, with little seats on the deck to listen to the waves. The apartment is very quaint and cozy, with excellent Cape decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely, highly recommend!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

We stayed here for weekend in November with multi-generations of family members. Lots of space to spread out - and the middle age group enjoyed the turn-table! Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks!

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .

Great stay and in the perfect location, the beach was right across. Great restaurants minutes away and very peaceful and quiet. The place was very clean.

The place was very comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. It was off season & a bit cool so we really enjoyed the indoor heated pool & jacuzzi and walking the beach. So nice to hear the surf when falling asleep! The space was clean & comfortable and the cozy fireplace delightful on the cool nights.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Kerry’s place! The cottage had all of the amenities we needed, the furniture was comfortable, and it was right across the street from the beach and a short drive to restaurants and larger beaches. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach for sunsets and that there were chairs outside if we wanted to enjoy a drink in the sun. Kerry was responsive and the place was clean upon arrival! This was a great place to stay. The house was just the right size for our family of 4 (two young kids). The fenced in yard with shade structure and yard games were great. We spent a lot of time playing outside. We initially got the place because of the proximity to the beach, and it is a nice short walk to the beach, but ultimately this beach wasn’t quite the right fit for our kids (ages 3 and 1) so we ended up going to a beach on the north side of the Cape instead, which was a better fit. We were really grateful for the chairs and beach toys, which we used when we went to the beach. The beach umbrella wasn’t in great shape, and with a little breeze it wasn’t usable. Also there were a couple shelves in the house that were either broken (medicine cabinet in bathroom) or missing a pin and so unusable (in the kitchen) but these were minor issues and didn’t affect the quality of our stay. All in all, we had a good time!

This is a cozy cottage located at the end of a dead end road just steps away from the beach. With only one other cottage between you and the beach it was nice to not have to pack a lot of supplies for a beach day. The beach was nestled between 2 other private beaches and was very clean and not rocky.

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

It's a wonderful Cape cottage with personality and charm just steps from the water. The house was clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and walking the coastal trails. Jude was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We went on an early spring weekend. We enjoyed the place itself with all its amenities and views, as well as the vicinity to the beach. The stay was enjoyable.

This was my wife’s and I first trip to the cape and we loved this location. The house had a cottage feel with a modern touch on the inside. Everything looked pretty new, extremely clean and well kept. The beach was a short walk down the street, and no matter where you wanted to go on the cape, everything was under an hour drive. Communication with the owner was superb throughout the entire trip. During our trip the AC unit stopped working, but Jillian and her husband responded immediately and had someone out the following day to fix the issue. When we visit the cape in the future, I will certainly book this location again. Thanks for a great stay!
