Quick bike ride to Linell Landing (or walk about 1 mile) and First Light Beach .8 miles, Cobie's clam shack (walking distance), Ocean Edge, kettle ponds, coffee, shops, restaurants, and beaches along the Cape Cod Rail Trail depending on how far you like to walk or bike!

Our newly renovated beach cottage is in the Pineland Park private community and is a short 5 minute walk to a beautiful private community beach available to you!
