We had a great stay at Bryan’s place. Bryan was incredibly responsive to any questions. The house was awesome with large bedrooms, two very large living rooms, a large kitchen space, and beautiful backyard. Pool gets morning and afternoon sun. Can walk to some stores and restaurants downtown, and very easy to uber/drive to other Cape Cod hotspots.

If i could give more than 5 starts I would! Stephanie and her place were exceptional! We had a bachelorette party and we stayed at Stephanie’s place. Stephanie went out of her way to help me decorate for the bachelorette party. She was very responsive and so helpful throughout my planning. The house is amazing! Looks exactly like the photos and it is clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There 11 of us and we fit comfortably! Thank you so much for hosting us Stephanie and to anyone booking I would 100% recommend staying here!

James was very responsive to several problems we had with the property. He immediately asked if we wanted him to come out to fix the issue. All in all, it is a wonderful place, perfect for a family reunion! The downstairs space is perfect for kids to watch TV and play games. We expect to rent this property again! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Amanda’s place was beautiful and always felt like home. Loved the way decor was setup to reflect a theme. My daughter loved the place and had a great time. It was a great location with beaches nearby. Highly recommend this place for someone who wants to have a great stay. We would love to visit again.

Lovely home in peaceful setting. Our family gathered and had plenty of room. Location is ideal. Close to everything but in quiet neighborhood. Able to hop on bike trails and explore. Comfortable beds, nice bedding & towels (remember to bring your own beach towels). Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots & pans. Gas grill on deck made grilling out a breeze. Large dining table perfect for meals and night-time card games. Deck patio furniture perfect for morning coffee and lunch meals. Plan to stay again if we need a family place in the future. Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks again for a great stay!

We had a great 4 night stay! Things were easy to find and the cozy property is very well located on the Cape. We loved being in closing walking distance to the beach - took us 4 minutes. The home is tidy and well appointed. We loved the porch and access to beach chairs, etc.

We stayed during a very cold and rainy Memorial Day weekend, but Garran’s home made the weekend much warmer. This is a great place for families especially with kids! Lots of space and lots of games and toys for the little ones . We weren’t able to make use of the spacious backyard and the fire pit due to the weather, but it looked lovely! The house was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped to make easy standard meals. Location wise it’s right in the middle of the Cape, with some beaches nearby.

Don’t hesitate to book this place! The home is pristine, cozy, and situated in a lush neighborhood - highlights are the beautiful screened in patio and fire pit. Their yard is pure bliss! The basement is also great for kids and to watch movies. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A+ location - peaceful neighborhood with excellent access to bike paths, hikes, restaurants and beaches. Truly had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to unwind or a jumping off point to explore the Cape, this is your spot. Bonus: Alex was incredibly communicative and provided great recommendations during our stay. Adrianna and Tara's place hit the spot for our needs.. we thoroughly enjoyed the setup inside with all the special touches and the outside had great amenities and access. We had a really nice time and will definitely be back! Thank you again for being such great hosts!

We loved our stay at this magical cottage. It was absolutely adorable and spotlessly clean. It's even more charming than the photos. It is in a great location that is walkable to a beach and an easy drive to much of the cape. We had the best time and can't wait to come back!

My family (6 adults, 1 toddler) stayed at Eileen and Greg’s property.  The house was spacious, tidy, and fully stocked for any dining needs.  We made break, lunch and dinner a couple times during our stay. We especially loved the beach items, well maintained bikes, and welcome basket. One of the best stays I’ve ever had because of the host’s communication and thoughtful aspects to their home!  Our experience lived up to their impressive rating.  5 stars and would recommend to anybody!

Cristian and Yuri’s home was absolutely perfect for our family. The home was large and inviting and had a wonderful Cape feel that we were looking for. The indoor space was clean and beautifully furnished. The outdoor space was so nice to have at night with lots of patio furniture, string lights and a fire pit. We felt right at home during our stay. Yuri was very helpful and responsive with check in/out instructions and any questions we had. It was also great being able to bring our pets. We would love to return here again!

Everything was wonderful. The place is excellent, clean, with a lovely outdoor area, and well-located for biking. I would not hesitate to come back :)

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

We had an amazing few days at Peter and Brigid’s little oasis in Brewster! It was truly a Cape Cod lover’s dream. Their gorgeous basement apartment was easy to access, in a beautiful area, and super clean. They thought of everything - we weren’t left with any questions because of how communicative and thorough they were in explaining everything. They were so thoughtful with leaving snacks, toiletries, and other items in the airbnb. The decor was so cute, and they had great recommendations for things to do in the area. We got to spend time at the pond beaches nearby and my boyfriend used one of their kayaks one morning. We had the pleasure of meeting Peter and Brigid briefly towards the beginning of our stay, and they were very kind and friendly. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again during a future trip to the Cape!

We stayed at Vince's for a wedding and it was super clean, perfect for three, and conveniently located. The house is adorable and the inside feels much larger than it appears from the outside. Enjoyed the back yard table; wasn't warm enough to use the outdoor shower ;-). Directions were very straight forward and clear and Vince provided all the info we needed before we needed it. Highly recommend.

Very nicely appointed and recently renovated/decorated Cape Cod ranch house with shore touches through out. Pretty much everything one could ask for including great location. I am sure the coming additional improvements will make it even a better place to stay.

Marie's place is delightful. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and sunny while still maintaining privacy. Her communication is excellent; she is incredibly helpful and responds quickly to any questions.
