Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

There is everything you need to spend wonderful days relaxing, immersed in nature and its rhythms. The lake is a 20–25-minute drive away, as is the supermarket. La Baita can only be reached on foot in 3 minutes from the parking lot. PLEASE NOTE: In the colder months, the cabin is heated only with a wood-burning stove; there is no other heating method.

It is accessible via a steep, 50-meter downhill road that can only be traveled on foot. The Baita Le Tre Perle is located in Schignano, in the Santa Maria area. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and enjoys a breathtaking view of Lake Como, which is 15 minutes away by car.
