In a dynamic coastal village, house adjoining the owners' mansion, spread over 2 floors, with private terrace and shared garden. This pretty renovated family farmhouse is located between sea and countryside, it offers beautiful spaces, with its 3 bedrooms and sofa bed equipped with a real mattress, it can accommodate 8 people as well as a baby; you can relax outdoors with the garden equipped with a barbecue, deck chairs, garden furniture and a petanque court for amateurs. Located 5 km from the sea and shops, and about 1 hour 15 minutes from Mont Saint Michel and landing beaches.

The grounds are enclosed and the terrace faces south. 3 km from the beach and 1 km from the Vanlée harbor and its submersible road with its Presalé sheep, you will be in peace. Shops are located in Bréhal (5 min), and Granville (20 min). Located between Mont Saint Michel and Cotentin, you can visit or embark for the Chausey or Jersey Islands. Enjoy the wide beaches for shore fishing, swimming, hiking or cycling and head to the local markets.

Near Annoville beach, a beautiful protected dune ridge (Conservatoire du Littoral) in a small quiet hamlet, we renovated the floor of a barn. It is a small 2-room cocoon for 2 adults + a mezzanine office space. A garden is accessible with picnic table, deckchairs and barbecue. We provide free bicycles for beautiful easy walks by the sea. Ideally located 5 min from Bricqueville sur Mer beach, 15 min from Granville and 50 min from Mont St Michel by car. You can also easily cycle. You will find all the necessities nearby in the Village of Brehal. Playground in the subdivision.
